Hiring our facilities

Our church hall is available for hire in the evenings and weekends, subject to availability.

The first (larger) room can seat up to 70 people (or 100 standing), and is equipped with tables and chairs. There is projection equipment, including a motorised screen and connections for your own laptop or DVD player.

The room is 12.2m x 5.5m.

The smaller room is generally more useful for providing refreshments separate from the larger room. The useable space is 5.9m x 4.7m.

There is a kitchen with microwave, oven, fridge and the usual assortment of crockery and cutlery.

The church building is a very flexible space. The light-weight chairs can be very quickly arranged into any configuration (facing the windows on the right works well for a concert), or can be removed completely. There are several large tables available which can seat 8 people comfortably.

There is a well-equipped audio-visual system, with a motorised screen that descends from above the arch. There is good internet access via wifi, and we have two video cameras in place. Events can be streamed to the internet, or "Zoomed".

There is a digital keyboard; the digital organ is only available by prior arrangement with the organist.

There is a small kitchenette, adequate for making hot drinks (but not suitable for serving meals). We have a toilet, too, suitable for disabled people.

There is a large hall and a separately available "board room" suitable for smaller meetings.
